Summary of Packages + Rates
Please find below our rate card for the recording studio. Standard studio time starts at £24/hour inc VAT with other packages differing in price accordingly. Our rate card is not an exhaustive list of our pricing and all prices are subject to change and/or discounts depending on the nature of the booking. Please give us a call to discuss your project and we can work out an exact quote for you. All prices are subject to change and negotiable depending on specific requirements.
Basic Rates
House Single
Recording or Mixing
This is our standard hourly rate. We usually ask for a minimum of a 2 hour booking slot. You are free to come in and record anything you wish. Vocals, guitars, drums, basoon, harp, foley, dogs barking… basically the studio is yours to use as you see fit. You could even just come in and mix your own tracks using our gear if you’re a producer without a studio to use.
You get full use of our studio and standard ‘house’ instruments (anything special you will have to rent from us see our equipment page).
You also get a sound engineer to record your session for you included in this price.
You also get basic mixing with this package. We make sure that everything that comes out of our studio sounds amazing. However, if you want the full on commercial, release quality audio we’d recommend you throw on an extra mixing session at £15/hour. However, if you book a 2 hour session and only use an hour and a half then we can use the last half hour for mixing.
House Single + Mixer
Recording and Mixing (min 4 hours)
This is our standard hourly rate plus mixing. We usually ask for a minimum of a 4 hour booking slot. You get the usual treatment of a ‘House Single’ but with the added taste of one of our mixers putting their magic to your music. You are free to come in and record anything you wish. Vocals, guitars, drums, basoon, harp, foley, dogs barking… basically the studio is yours to use as you see fit. You could even just come in and mix your own tracks using our gear if you’re a producer without a studio to use.
You get full use of our studio and standard ‘house’ instruments (anything special you will have to rent from us see our equipment page).

Mixing for a 4 hour session would usually take around 1 extra hour of mixing so just add £15 to the price of your session for professionally mixed and mastered session. However, if you book a standard 2 hour session and only use an hour and a half then we can use the last half hour for mixing.

Mastering (Single track)
Our Mastering service guarantees a fantastic sound for the release of your music. If you have recorded and mixed your track elsewhere and just need it to get that extra ‘oomph!’ to make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end then send the track over to us and we’ll do that.
You can send over a track for a demo master at any time. We will master 30 seconds of the track and send it back with a watermark for your review and if you’re happy with the result then we can do the full track or the rest of the album, whatever is required.

Mastering (Album up to 12 tracks)
With the album package you save up to £40 on your mastering by doing a whole album with us rather than individual tracks. Our Mastering service guarantees a fantastic sound for the release of your music. Mid Week Disco
3 Days mid-week
Take advantage of low recording studio rates by coming to record with us mid-week. By coming during the week you can take advantage of a saving of over £200 on the hourly rate. Lock In is also available mid-week at an additional £20/night.
Pub Lock In
Weekend Recording, Mixing + Mastering (Fri Eve,Sat,Sun)
Ever been locked in a pub? Imagine if that pub was a Manchester recording studio! We’ll give you the run of our recording studio for the weekend (we’ll even supply an engineer) and you can record as much as possible late into the night if you want. We even have a bedroom for you to stay in, bring your own booze and make it a true pub lock in! (Our crash room can accommodate up to 5 people).
Week Long bender
5 days

Live Music Special
Function, Party and Covers Bands!
Are you in a covers/function/wedding/party band? Having trouble getting more clients? Our Manchester recording studio can offer you the perfect package. We can give you recordings, a photo shoot and a live performance music video shoot so that you can give your clients everything that they want to see when deciding whether to hire you or not. What’s more because we are offering more services we can apply a bigger discount and they can all be done at our Manchester recording studio!

Happy Hour
Two hour recording session
Come to our Manchester recording studio and experience the joys of a happy hour. Our recording studio experience is second to none and just like happy hour in a pub we’ll keep the prices low and the quality high. If you’re just a solo artist singing to a backing track then you can take advantage of this offer. 2 hours for the price of 1 (compared to Manchester city centre studios).
Karaoke Night
Bring some friends, have a party! (min 3 people)
Where’s the fun in karaoke if you can’t then relive the memories? Come to our Manchester recording studio (based in a former pub!) and you can sing along with songs from our extensive backing track library. You and your friends will have our recording studio to yourself for the evening (3 hours) and we can even provide personalised CD covers with pictures of you and your friends (for a small extra fee).

Children’s Play Area
Kids’ Recording party
Let your kids feel like superstars for the day in our Manchester recording studio! Your child and 9 of their friends will be let loose in our recording studio and they will record 3 songs together and will have a professional photoshoot (to make up the cd covers). Each child we be given a CD as a momento of the day. We will even provide party food, design the invitations and send them out for you. All you have to do is turn up and enjoy yourself. We’ll even clean up the mess afterwards! (At least 1 adult per 5 children required to attend the full party.)
Hen and Stag Parties
Have your Hen or Stag Do in a Recording Studio! (min 8 people)
Looking for a different idea for your Hen or Stag Party? Well how about going to a recording studio AND bring your own booze!? Come to our Manchester recording studio (based in a former pub!) and you can sing along with songs from our extensive backing track library. You and your friends will have our recording studio to yourself for the evening (4 hours) and we will even provide personalised CD covers with pictures of you and your friends. We will also provide Pizza so you can fuel up before the rest of your night. Additionaly we take photos throughout the evening for your CD and print them all in a professionally bound photo book. Alternatively you can stay and party into the wee hours for our late night fee of £60/hour (which you can split between you.)
Star Experience
Be a celebrity for the day
Ever wanted to be a Star for the Day? Watch X-Factor and The Voice and wish that could be you? Well then the Star Experience is for you. For a nominal fee we will give you the full star treatment. From the moment you set foot in the studio we’ll treat you like rock royalty. You get 2 hours in the recording studio, a photo shoot, your own album cover, 2 CDs made up like professional releases and to record as many songs as you like. Unlike other star experience type packages we do not limit the number of songs you can attempt. We just want you to have fun and relax. We are here for you on your day so if you need anything just feel free to ask and we’ll be glad to help.

Payment in advance over via Credit/Debit Card is preferred (this also gives you protection). All bookings under 4 hours must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Bookings made for over 4 hours are subject to a 40% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours before a booking will result in full charge for the booking.
