EVERYONE’S A WINNER!!

Welcome to the Banter Battle – the world’s best battle of the bands competition. The reason? Well, unlike most competitions, studio time is not only for the winners. Every band who signs up to the competition gets to come into the studio and record a track and a live studio video.

The competition is open to anyone and everyone – signed, unsigned, bands and solo artists. Even if you’re just one man with a kazoo you’re more than welcome. The only requirement is that all material must be original.

Once you’ve signed up we’ll book at date for you to come into Hop Pole Studios in Manchester to record your track. You get 1 practise take to go through your chosen track, get your bearings and all your settings right then we go for the 3 LIVE TAKES which will be filmed. You get to chose your best take and it is then uploaded to the Banter Battle website. From there its up to you to promote the f*ck out of the track and get the public to vote as many times as humanly possible. The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from the top 10 bands once voting has closed.
